Hello,
My name is Zuzanna ( nickname: Zuza). I am from Poland but currently live in Portugal and am studying Therapeutic Qigong at the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Escola de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa) in Lisbon.
I am a Taijiquan & Qigong Instructor, sharing my knowledge with many people from different countries, like Poland, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and USA. I started my adventure with martial arts (Kung Fu and Taijiquan) when I was 6 years old with Yang´s Martial Arts Association (YMAA) and have been an active member of YMAA since then.
I am dedicated to help every person in the process of seeking health, healing and well-being. Through my 24 years of experience, firstly as a student and then as an instructor, I did a lot of research and self-study about Chinese medicine, Qigong practice and meditation. I tested all of these methods on myself and was able to cure my own body and mind. Now, it is time for me to share everything I have learned with the world.
